Pat Tetreault

she/her/hers or any pronouns

Greetings!

My name is Pat Tetreault, and I have had the privilege of having a 30+ year career in Student Affairs, working at a large university in the heartland. Prior to becoming a Student Affairs professional, I completed a post-doctoral fellowship in Psychology and the Law, have teaching experience, and served as an education coordinator and client advocate for a rape and spouse abuse crisis center. During my career, I have developed, implemented, and assessed programs & services that were needed, impactful, and unique to the campus and community. I am an award-winning educator; facilitator; consultant; researcher; advocate for equity, inclusive excellence, and diversity; and catalyst for positive progress. My identities, experiences, and education have shaped an interdisciplinary and intersectional perspective and approach to personal and professional challenges and opportunities.

My observations, experiences, education, work, and travels help me appreciate the diversity of life all around us and the importance of respect and connection that we all have and need to navigate the world successfully.

I am a published author, public speaker, performer, and have presented at regional, national, and international conferences. I serve on numerous committees and commissions and have served on the boards for PFLAG Lincoln and BLIXT Arts Lab.  I am a current member of Larksong Writers Group and UNL’s Emeriti and Retiree Association. I am also an Admiral in the Great Navy of the State of Nebraska!

Thank you for reading this brief introduction to who I am. For more information you can check out my CV or reach out via the contact form.

Perhaps our paths will intersect, and we will have the opportunity to connect. There is so much more we can learn from each other.
